Do I have to have a meal plan?
Yes, all students residing on campus must have a meal plan.
Are there meal plan options available if Iím a non-residential student?
If you are a non-residential student and would like to sign up for this voluntary board plan, go to https://commerce.cashnet.com/colbysawyergeneralpay?cname=dining. Here you can sign up for our Meal Pack 30 plan, which provides thirty all-you-care-to-eat meals in the main dining room per semester. Please note that unused portions of voluntary board plans expire at the end of the academic term that the plan is purchased for, and cannot be carried forward into a new term.
How do I add money to my Lodge or campus store account?
You can do this by putting money on your SmartCard. Go to https://colby-sawyer-smartcard-sp.blackboard.com/eaccounts/AnonymousHome.aspx
Do on-campus students have guest meals?
Yes. Each on-campus student is allotted four guests meals per semester. However, this "guest" must be someone who does not live on campus. Guests can also pay the door price for a meal.
What about bag lunches?
Our bag lunch program is offered to students unable to attend because of daylong internships, traveling programs, etc. The Ready4U program is available at the Lodge from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday. Students can use any Meal Plan for these lunches.
